Bangkok Airport Bus

I want to add a little bit of info to help people travelling from the backpacker area of Bangkok (Khao San Road) to the main international airport (Suvarnabhumi).

After a whole lot of googling and asking around the staff at my guesthouse, no one could give me the exact location of where the Airport Express (AE2 route) left from.  The answer I was given was ‘Khao San Rd’ which is a huge area, and there seemed to be no sign of the hotel it was meant to be in front of on Google Maps.

So to clarify, I’ve gotten hold of photos taken in late February, 2010, of the Airport Express bus, ticket booth and timetable.   The pic of the ticket booth is important since you are likely to get harrassed walking along the stretch of road where the ticket booth is, with people pretending to be selling tickets for official bus.
